Our menu features a delicious selection of homemade pastas, entrees, panini sandwiches, burgers, and salads in addition to pizzas, flatbreads, and calzones all made with natural, whole grain semolina flour in our stone deck, wood-burning oven. Accompanying our standard menu, Il Vecchio Cafe also offers family-style and gluten-free dining options. The Calandra family has always emphasized the quality of ingredients so the olive oil we cook with is from our grove in Italy, the chicken we use is free range, our pasta and pizza dough is handmade daily from whole grain ingredients, and our sauces are made on premises and available for purchase at Calandra’s Italian Village.
